The more newborn babies stands for they need the more demand for milk powder, but in fact, the supply is not enough. Hence, in order to increase the production of milk powder, those unworthy merchants come up with the ways adding melamine into it. The more demand for milk powder they need, the more melamine they add. Finally, this matter was happened.
